Three ways to plug in
Start free with a public listing. Add the embed widget when you want proxy demand on your own pages. Upgrade to Pro for full feed import, webhooks, and analytics.
Sale feed import
Bring your existing calendar
You shouldn't have to maintain two calendars. Pick the import method that matches your stack and we'll keep ProxyPals in sync automatically.
Drag in a spreadsheet of upcoming sales — we map columns to address, dates, preview windows, and item categories.
Point us at your existing calendar URL; sales appear within 15 minutes and auto-update.
If your CMS publishes a sale feed, paste the URL. We poll hourly and respect <pubDate>.
Pro plan: POST sale create/update/cancel events to the ProxyPals API and we reflect them immediately.
Pal coordination protocol
How a Pal works your sale
- The Pal checks in to your sale via the ProxyPals app — you see their badge, ID, and the buyer they represent.
- They follow your existing queue and house rules just like a walk-in shopper.
- While at the sale, they stream candidate items to the buyer for live approval.
- Approved items are paid for at your normal checkout, with their personal payment method, and a receipt is uploaded to ProxyPals.
- You're paid on-site, in cash or card, the same as any walk-in. ProxyPals reimburses the Pal by capturing the buyer's authorized payment hold.
No special POS integration is required on your side. You can opt into a "Pal lane" for faster checkout if you regularly host high-volume proxy days.
- Honor the price marked on items at the time the Pal pays at checkout.
- Don't refuse a Pal solely for working on behalf of a remote buyer.
- Don't solicit ProxyPals buyers to transact off-platform for 90 days.
- Keep widget/feed credentials confidential; report unauthorized use immediately.
- Publish accurate sale times, addresses, preview rules, and house rules.
- Comply with data-protection law for any buyer/Pal data shared under integration.
