1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that websites place on your device. We also use related technologies such as localStorage, session storage, and pixels. We refer to all of these as "cookies" in this Policy.
2. Cookies we use
Strictly necessary — required to sign in, maintain your session, route requests, remember CSRF tokens, and process payments securely. These cannot be turned off.
Functional — remember preferences (e.g., language, last visited dashboard tab, dismissed banners).
Analytics — measure traffic, page performance, and feature usage in aggregate. We use first-party analytics by default.
Security — detect fraud, abuse, and bot traffic.
We do not use cross-site advertising cookies and we do not sell or share your data with ad networks.
3. Third-party services
Some of our partners may set cookies when their tools load on our pages, including:
- Stripe (payments and fraud detection)
- Supabase / Lovable Cloud (authentication and session)
- Google Maps (address autocomplete and mapping)
Their use of cookies is governed by their own privacy policies.
4. Your choices
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will break sign-in and checkout.
You can also use browser-level signals like Global Privacy Control (GPC) — we honor GPC where applicable law requires.
5. Changes
We'll update this page when our cookie usage changes meaningfully.
