1. Our policy
EstateProxy respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. We will respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"). Repeat infringers may be removed from the Service.
2. Submitting a takedown notice
Send a written notice to our designated agent (below) that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- The exact URL(s) of the allegedly infringing content on EstateProxy.
- Your contact information (address, phone, email).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
Incomplete notices may not be actioned. Knowingly false claims may result in liability under 17 U.S.C. §512(f).
3. Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe in good faith that it was mistakenly identified, you may file a counter-notice including:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the removed content and its prior location.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and phone; consent to jurisdiction in the federal district where you live (or where EstateProxy is located if outside the U.S.).
